If, for any reason, you need to send a user their password reset link, you can do that by following these steps:
Step 1: Access the Settings Page
Begin by navigating to the Settings Page in your system.
Step 2: Navigate to Business Settings
Locate the Users List tab on the Business Settings page
On the next page, choose the Team Tab for a team member, or the All Tab for doctors
Locate the user that you want to provide the Password Reset Link for
Step 3: Copy the URL Link
Click on the 3-dotted icon next to the user name
In the options menu, select Password Reset Link
Copy and paste the Invitation link to your preferred method of sending
Please Note:
You can only get a password reset link for Confirmed Users ( Showing as Success in the list)
If the user is not confirmed, please give them the Invitation Link first and ask them to confirm
