If you need to Delete a Practice from your Location's Practice Lists, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Practice required
Begin by navigating to the Doctors Tab in your system
Once there, search for the Practice required, using the search bar at the top.
Click on any of the accounts associated with that practice
Click on the Practice Name in the next window
Step 2: Open the Edit Practice Module
Click on the pencil icon next to the practice name
Step 3: Remove Practice
Click on Remove Practice at the bottom of the Edit Practice page
Confirm action
Please note:
Deleted Practices can be found in the Archive Tab on the Settings Page, but they can only be reinstated by special request.
If you have deleted a Practice by mistake, please contact support for more options.
