How to resend the invite link to a new user

How do I resend the invitation link to a newly added member?

If, for any reason, a newly created member or client, hasn't received the invitation email containing the link, you can provide this directly from the system by following these steps:

Step 1: Access the Settings Page

  • Begin by navigating to the Settings Page in your system.

Step 2: Navigate to Business Settings

  • Locate the Users List tab on the Business Settings page

  • On the next page, choose the Team Tab for a team member, or the All Tab for doctors

  • Locate the user that you want to provide the Invitation Link for

  • Click on the INVITE URL button

Step 3: Copy the URL Link

  • Click on the INVITE URL button

  • Copy and paste the Invitation link to your preferred method of sending

Please Note:

  • If you want to open the Invite Link on the same computer, please use a different browser or an Incognito Page on your browser

  • If instead of the Invite URL button, you can see a Success button, this means that the account was activated by the user and it is functional

  • Every time you click on the Invite URL button, a new setup link is being generated, only valid for 24 hours
