How to set up notifications

How do I set up notifications for admin or doctors

If you wish to set up notifications for your admin team members or dentists, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Settings Page

  • Begin by navigating to the Settings Page in your system.

Step 2: Navigate to Business Settings

  • Locate the Notifications tab on the Business Settings page

  • On the next screen, click on the +Add Notification button

Step 3: Create Notification

  • Select the Location you are adding the notification for ( for multiple Locations admins)

  • Select from the list of Triggers when you want the notification to be sent

  • Select the type of notification between email and SMS (*)

  • Select the recipient type between Location admin, Company Admin or Doctor

  • Give the notification a Subject Line

  • Type in the email address for the Sender Identifier

  • Type in a Sender Name you wish to appear on the notification

  • Compose your Notification text (*)

Step 3: Save Progress

  • Save your progress by clicking Create and returning to the previous screen

Please Note:

  • If you need the same notification to be sent via email and SMS, you will need to create two separate identical notifications and select a different Type

  • To ensure full personalisation of the notification, embed the text anchors provided as examples.
