If, for any reason, you need to disable a notification and stop it from being sent, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Settings Page
Begin by navigating to the Settings Page in your system.
Step 2: Navigate to Business Settings
Locate the Notifications tab on the Business Settings page
Step 3: Locate the Notification
Locate the notification in the list
Click on the 3-dotted icon to open the options menu
In the options menu, select Details
Step 3: Disable the Notification
Locate the Active button and toggle off
Please note that the button is OFF mode when no colour showing
Step 4: Save Progress
Save progress by clicking on the Create button and returning to the previous screen
Please Note:
In Step 3 you can also delete the notification
We highly recommend that you use the Disable feature, as this is saving the settings for future use.
