If you need to assign a delivery route to a practice, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Doctors Tab
Begin by navigating to the Doctors tab within your system.
Once there, find and select the Practice you wish to Edit
Step 2: Select the Practice
Once selected, the Doctor Details page will open
On this page, please click on the Practice Name you wish to Edit
Step 3: Edit Practice details
Click on the pencil icon next to the practice name
In the Update Practice module, navigate to the Location Route field
Select the location route desired from the dropdown list
Step 4: Save Progress
Save changes by clicking on the Update button and go back to the main screen
Please note:
If the newly created delivery route is not visible in the dropdown, please refresh the browser page
If the issue persist, please double check that the delivery route was successfully added and saved
