If you need to add a new delivery route or method to your location, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Settings Page
Begin by navigating to the Settings Page in your system.
Step 2: Navigate to General Settings
Locate the General tab in the Settings Page
Click on Location Route
Step 3: Add Route
On this screen, find the +Add Location Route on the top right of the page
Give the new route a name, description and amount of delivery days it takes
Step 3: Save Progress
Save your route by clicking the Create button
Please note:
The value entered for Delivery Days will help the system calculate the Deadline Date for cases
