If you have created an order with the wrong doctor or practice and need to amend this you can simply do this by clicking on the edit pencil in the order details.

​What are the steps?

Step 1: View the order you wish to change

Step 2: Click on the "pencil" edit icon near the doctor & practice details

Step 3: Change the necessary details to the correct doctor or practice

Step 4: Click Update & refresh the page
​

Please Note: If you change the practice you will have to re-create the patient at that practice.
