Learn how to access the Order List, use search fields for specific criteria, and apply filters to streamline your search and find the information you need efficiently.
Step 1: Access the Order List
Start by navigating to the Order List Page.
To access it, click on the "Orders" tab located in the main navigation menu at the top.
Step 2: Locate the Order or Patient
On the Order Details page, find the Search Field in the upper-left corner.
Enter your search terms here, which can include Order Case ID, Patient Name, or Dentist Name.
Please Note:
You can also narrow down your search by using the filter options at the top of the page. Available filters include Practices, Tags, and Statuses.
Additionally, you may adjust the columns by clicking on the arrow icons at the top of each column to refine the displayed information.
