How to set up your Out of Office days

How to set up your "not open for business" days for your location.

If you want to set up periods when the location is not open for business, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Settings Page

  • Begin by navigating to the Settings Page in your system.

Step 2: Navigate to the General Tab

  • Locate the General tab in the Settings Page

  • Click on Calendar

Step 3: Add Dates

  • Click on the +Add Date button

  • In the next screen select the Location where wish to add dates ( if the admin of multiple locations)

  • Give the project/break a name

  • Select the date period on the calendar

Step 3: Save Progress

  • Save your project and return to the main screen, by clicking on the Save button

Please note:

  • Selected dates will mark your company as 'not open for business'.

  • These will affect Deadlines and Due Dates for orders.
