If you need to make amendments to any receiving source item, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Settings Page
Begin by navigating to the Settings Page in your system.
Step 2: Navigate to General Settings
Locate the General tab in the Settings Page
Click on Receiving Categories & Sources
Step 3: Manage Receiving Categories & Sources
On this screen, you can:
Edit the name of any receiving category
Disable any receiving category- this will hide it from the Create Order flow
Rename any scan provider in the list
Add new scan provider item to the list
Reorganise the list to show the most frequently used items at the top
Control the number of units to show on the items list
Delete any item from the lists
Step 3: Save Progress
Save your project and return to the main screen
