When you need to add products to the stages workflow, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Settings Page
Begin by navigating to the Settings Page in your system.
Step 2: Navigate to General Settings
Locate the General tab in the Settings Page
Click on Stages Workflow
Step 3: Manage Stages
On this screen, you can expand the category that you need to manage stages into
Click on the +Add Products button
Select products by clicking on the Thickbox from the left-hand side of each row
Click on the Confirm & Save button, when the selection is complete
Please note:
If you wish to delete a product from a specific stage list, you can use the "X" button next to the product desired to be removed from this stage.
This will not permanently delete the product from your system, but just remove it from the specific workflow stage.
