If you need to create a separate Price List and assign it to a specific Practice, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the settings page
Begin by navigating to the Settings tab within your system.
Once there, select the Products and Pricing tab to view your list of products and price lists.
Step 2: Open the Quick Actions menu
Click on the Quick Options dropdown and select Add Pricelist.
Step 3: Create Pricelist
Add the Pricelist name
Search and select the Practice that you want to assign to the new Pricelist
Select to adjust the prices now or later in the Edit Feature
Prices can be adjusted by amount or percentage as an increase or a decrease of the standard prices
Step 4: Save and exit
Click on the Create Pricelist button
Please note:
When adjusting prices, you either type the exact values or click on the arrows up/down to adjust
If the value needed is negative, aka a discounted pricelist, please use the "-" symbol in front of the nominal value
