If you need to add a credit note to an account, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Access the Billing Section
Begin by navigating to the Billing tab within your system.
Once there, select the Invoices tab to view your list of invoices and credit notes.
Step 2: Open the Quick Actions menu
Click on the Quick Options dropdown and select Add Credit Note
Step 3: Create the Credit Note
Complete all fields in the pop-up window: practice, doctor. amount, reason.
Click on Add Credit Note in the window, to Save
Step 4: Check Credit Note
The Credit Note will appear as a line in the Invoices List with ID type: CRN-43o-J095
Please note:
A credit note has the same functionality as an Invoice, only that the amount is a Negative Value
The status of the Credit Note will always be Paid
