If you’re creating an order and notice that the arch selector doesn’t appear when adding a product to the basket, it’s likely due to a product setting configuration.
Fortunately, this issue can be resolved quickly by following these steps:
Steps to Fix the Arch Selector Issue:
1. Locate the Product in the Catalogue
Navigate to the Settings page.
Under the Your Products tab, click on Products & Pricing.
Find the specific product in the catalogue.
2. Edit the Product Settings
Click the Edit button on the right-hand side of the product in the list.
Once the Update Product module opens, scroll down to the Advanced Settings section.
Locate the toggle labelled IsFullArchUL and ensure it is set to ON.
3. Save Changes
After updating the settings, click the Save button at the bottom-right of the module.
Refresh the page and return to the order creation screen.
