The Client Reports section allows you to review and manage financial interactions with clients over customisable date ranges.

  1. Client Tab

    • Adjust the date range to see client balances and invoices. Example: For Dr. Pepper, review opening and closing balances and invoice history.

    • Expand the client view to see invoices, payments, and adjustments. Columns display invoicing revenue, adjustments, credits, discounts, and payment details.

  2. Product Tab

    • View the revenue & remakes of your products within a date range.

  3. Daily Tab

    • View the daily revenue during a date range broken down each day.

  4. Trends Tab

    • View month on month performance.

  5. Aged Balances

    • View the current, 30 day, 60 day & 90+ day balance of your clients at a moment in time.

  6. Slipping Away

    • Slipping Away feature flags clients with reduced ordering trends.

  7. Task Manager

    • Shows the count of tasks completed within date ranges.
